At CoreCard, we're committed to providing a great experience for every customer. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions, NFC products, and related services. By purchasing a CoreCard product or service, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Plans

CoreCard subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not automatically generate a refund for previous payments.

2. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, customers may explore CoreCard during the trial period before committing to a paid subscription. Once a paid subscription begins, standard billing and refund policies apply.

3. NFC Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your NFC product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible products may qualify for:

Replacement

Store credit

Refund approval where applicable

Supporting photos or proof of damage may be required.

4. Custom Products

Custom-branded NFC products, personalized items, and made-to-order products are generally non-refundable once production has started. If a manufacturing error occurs, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

5. Enterprise Services

Enterprise implementations, custom integrations, setup services, and professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Any exceptions will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same service, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on our website.
